In this talk, Yu Yang is going to share her experience serving water industry as a strategy consultant. She will talk about the water topics consulting firms are working on and sharing 2 client serving examplesMiddle East and utility operation improvement for a public utility company. Yu is also sharing her experience of embedding the passion on water into career development in a general strategy consulting firm.
Yu Yang has 7 years experience with McKinsey & Company. She focuses on serving the water industry on multiple topics along the value chain. Her works include improving global water utilities on operation & capital performance, suggesting regional water resource strategy for water consumers and governing authority, and supporting global investors' water industry agenda.
